Ocean Edge Insights is committed to delivering high-quality, verified B2B data that meets the agreed project scope. Due to the nature of data services, all purchases are subject to the following Refund & Replacement Policy.
All data products and services provided by Ocean Edge Insights are custom-compiled, processed, and validated based on the client’s requirements.
Accordingly:
Payments are non-refundable once data processing or delivery has commenced
Refunds will not be issued for:
Changes in business strategy.
Internal campaign execution issues.
Non-use or delayed use of delivered data.
Client-side deliverability or messaging performance.
1.No General Refunds on Data Delivery
While Ocean Edge Insights applies rigorous validation processes, certain data elements (such as job titles, email addresses, or organizational details) may change over time.
To ensure fairness and data integrity:
Ocean Edge Insights offers a one-time, 1-to-1 replacement for any verified inaccuracies.
Replacement requests must be:
Submitted within 7 business days of data delivery. Accompanied by a clear report identifying invalid or inaccurate records.
2. Replacement Policy for Data Accuracy
A record may qualify for replacement if:
The email address is undeliverable due to permanent failure.
The contact is no longer associated with the specified organization or role at the time of delivery.
A record may not qualify for replacement if:
Emails bounce due to client-side infrastructure, domain reputation, or campaign settings.
Contacts do not respond or engage with outreach.
Messaging, timing, or targeting does not meet campaign expectations.
3.Criteria for Replacement Eligibility
Approved replacement records will be delivered within 5–7 business days.
Replacement data will match the original project scope and targeting criteria.
Replacement does not reset or extend the original reporting window.
4.Replacement Delivery Timeline
Partial refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:
Failure to deliver data aligned with the agreed project scope.
Inability to provide replacements for a significant portion of verified invalid records.
Any refund consideration:
Is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Is subject to internal review and management approval. Will not exceed the value of the affected portion of the project.
5.Partial Refunds (Exceptional Circumstances Only)
Ocean Edge Insights does not guarantee:
Email open rates, reply rates, or conversions.
Meetings booked, deals closed, or ROI outcomes.
Campaign success depends on multiple factors beyond data quality, including:
Messaging strategy
Outreach frequency
Sender reputation
Client execution and tools
6.No Guarantees on Campaign Outcomes
By purchasing any service or data from Ocean Edge Insights, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Replacement Policy as part of the overall Terms & Conditions.
